Research: 3D Printing of density graded materials
Luca Scozzafava was born in Rome in 1996.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2019 and completed a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2022, graduating with 110 cum laude/110.
During his Master's degree, he developed a strong interest in polymeric materials and biomaterials, conducting an experimental thesis titled "Use of Concentrated Solid Oil-in-Water Emulsions in the 3D Printing of Ultraporous Materials."
From October 2022 to October 2024 he worked as a researcher at a leading company in the industrial adhesives and coatings sector, where he gained valuable know-how in the study and processing of polymeric materials.
Since November 2024 he has been a PhD student in Chemical Sciences at the University of Rome "La Sapienza"
