Research: "A lilliputian binding Gulliver: why, when and how a minor ally influences the major ally"
Lorenzo Trapassi (1981) is an Italian diplomat and currently serves in the office of the Secretary General of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. During the previous two years, Lorenzo served as deputy director of the Italian Diplomatic Academy, with a focus on issues such as European integration and public diplomacy. Before these positions in Rome, Lorenzo served abroad at the Italian Embassies in Brasilia and Berlin. Lorenzo graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli, has written a series of publications in the field of international relations and is a regular lecturer in geopolitics and diplomacy courses at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, LUISS and the University of Teramo. He is a member of the IAI (Institute of International Affairs, Rome).
