Lorenzo Augusto Rocchi was born in Rome in 1996. In December 2018 he achieved the Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with honours. In October 2021, he completed with honours his Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry - Polymeric Materials discussing an experimental thesis entitled “Liquid-liquid transition of isotactic and atactic polylactide”. During the internship for the Master’s Degree, he won a scholarship granted by the Faculty of Science which allowed him to join the Centro de Fisica de Materiales soft matter’s group in San Sebastian, Spain, as a visiting student.
Since November 2021 he is a PhD student in Chemical Sciences at the University of Rome “La Sapienza".
