Research: Structural studies at the colloidal scale for the development of alternative materials and technologies in the green transition

Born in Rome in 1995, he obtained a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2017 from "La Sapienza" University of Rome with a final mark of 110/110, with a thesis titled "Preparation of an intermediate for the construction of rings A and B in (+)-oryzalexin S" which was carried out at Dr. Francesca Leonelli's lab. In 2020 he obtained a master's degree in chemistry from University of Bologna with a final mark oh 110/110, with a thesis titled "Understanding the interaction between full-length Frataxin and RNF126" which was carried out at the Institut de Recerca Biomèdica (IRB) of Barcelona in the lab of professor Ernest Giralt under the supervision of Dr. Macarena Sánchez-Navarro; he also worked as a lab manager in the same lab throughout 2020. At the moment he is a PhD student with a P.O.N. scholarship with a project focused on characterization at the colloidal scale of biocompatible materials for the green transition, carried out in the group of professor Luciano Galantini.
