* Dal 1999 si interessa di ricerca e di intervento prevalentemente in relazione a variabili individuali e di contesto che contribuiscono a spiegare il comportamento organizzativo ed il funzionamento di sistemi complessi. I principali nuclei di ricerca riguardano le seguenti aree tematiche: (a) Efficacia organizzativa, leadership e soddisfazione; (b) Job burnout e Mindfulness: prevenzione del disagio e promozione del benessere individuale ed organizzativo; (c)Assessment e sviluppo individuale ed organizzativo; (d) Job Safety, Job Insecurity e flessibilità lavorativa; (e) Cultura organizzativa: misura ed intervento; (f) Contagio emotivo ed emotions at work; (g) sviluppi recenti in connessione con le neuroscienze.
