The doctoral research project, titled "Balancing Criminal Justice and Transitional Justice in Peace Processes," seeks to critically examine the interplay between justice and reconciliation in post-conflict contexts. The study investigates the complex tensions inherent in addressing the demands for criminal accountability while fostering reconciliation and ensuring long-term social stability.
