Research: Digital innovation in the justice sector: between the use of AI and robotic decisions

The research topic refers to the constitutional aspects of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on its applications in the justice sector.
She graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome (2019), final grade of 110/100 cum laude, defending a thesis about the "Civil aspects of the concession agreement: revocation, withdrawal and termination between public and private law", Supervisor Prof. Michele Tamponi.
She carried out a traineeship at the Supreme Court of Cassation for a period of 18 months (art. 73, D.L. 69/2013).
Since 2021 she is qualified to practice as a lawyer and her activity mainly deals with civil law (contracts, liability, family) and criminal law.
She took part as a speaker in a number of conferences, including the 4th and 5th Ventotene Conference and Summer School and the 3rd and 4th Icon-s Italian Chapter Conference (Bologna, September 2022 and Milan, October 2023), giving talks on the topic of Artificial Intelligence, accountability and predictability of judicial decisions.
She got a scholarship to serve as a Teaching Tutor in the department.
She's author of scientific papers and member of the Reviewer Board of law reviews.
