Since november 2021, PhD candidate in Public, comparative and international Law, curriculum International Law and Human Rights at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
Employee at National Research Council of Rome, working as a lawyer in the field of administrative law, with specific regard to the awarding of public contracts as well as the resolution of the related administrative and civil disputes. Auditor in the internal Audit process, assessing expenses concerning PRIN and FIRB projects.
Previously, worked as a lawyer, assisting companies on the awarding of public contracts and advising foreign enterprises on legal matters relating to Italian jurisdiction.
Took part in the research project within the agreement among National Research Council, the University of Calabria and Centro Nazionale dell’Informatica per la Pubblica Amministrazione (today, AgID) concerning the digitization of the public administration.
Graduated in Law, Lumsa University, Rome, 110/110 cum laude (dissertation: “The legal protection of biotechnological inventions in the European Union”).
Passed the Bar examination at the Court of Appeal of Rome.
Was Visiting Researcher at King’s College, Centre of European Law, London (UK).
