Born in Rome in 1995 and graduated from the Liceo Classico Pietro Giannone in Benevento, he obtained the Master’s Degree in Law with honors and special mention for his career in July 2020 at the University of Sannio, with a thesis in European Union law entitled "The asylum policies of the European Union and the principle of solidarity" (Rapporteur Prof. Roberto Virzo).
He is PhD student in Public, Comparative and International Law, International Order and Human Rights curriculum at the Department of Political Science of the University of Rome La Sapienza (18th cycle) since November 2022.
In October 2021 he obtained a LL.M's in "B&C Law: European and International Perspectives" at LUISS Guido Carli with a thesis entitled "ISDS arbitration in new trade agreements concluded by the EU".
He has been appointed subject expert for the teaching of International Law (Prof. Roberto Virzo) and European Union Law (Prof.ssa Angela Del Vecchio, Prof. Massimo Francesco Orzan) at LUISS Guido Carli In September 2021 and February 2022 and collaborates as teaching assistant with the same chairs.
He is Tutor of the Master LL.M in Art Law at the LUISS Guido Carli since January 2023.
He has been writing editorial notes on a monthly basis for the section Recentissime - Corti europee of the magazine Giurisprudenza Italiana since October 2020.
