I am part of the PhD program in Peace Studies, Curriculum 2 - Identity, memories, religions, and peace, with a research project titled “Paths of Reconciliation and Coexistence in the City of Mosul”. Since 2021 I have served as a member of the board of the NGO Un Ponte Per, which is primarily active in Southwest Asia and North Africa with a focus on conflict prevention and the spread of a culture of dialogue. I am a long-term volunteer with the Operazione Colomba nonviolent civil peace corps, participating in projects of nonviolent interposition and support for civil society in Lebanon, Palestine, Greece, Syria, and Ukraine. Within the framework of the Convention on Rights in the Mediterranean, I coordinate the peace group, which drafted a declaration of youth for peace in the Mediterranean, delivered during a side event at the 80th United Nations General Assembly which I moderated.
I hold a Master's degree in Oriental Languages and Civilizations from the University of Naples "L'Orientale." I am a teacher specialized in inclusive education, Italian as a Second Language and a counselor.
