Phd in ECONOMICS

I am a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Economics and Law. My main research interest lies in the fields of monetary policy, financial frictions, heterogeneous agents, and bounded rationality models. Simultaneously, I also conduct research in causal inference, especially using quasi-experimental methods in the spatial econometrics design to capture possible spillovers leading to the SUTVA violation.

During my Ph.D., I have spent time at the Center for Spatial Data Science at the University of Chicago, the Department of Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and the Institute of Statistics and Mathematical Methods in Economics at the Vienna University of Technology.

I am at one-year traineeship at the Directorate General Research of the European Central Bank (Senior Management Macro-Finance Team) from July 2023.
