PhD candidate in Diritto Pubblico, Comparato e Internazionale (Public, Comparative and International Law), curriculum Diritto pubblico dell’economia (Public Law of the Economy), since November 2025.
He worked in leading national and international law firms and is enrolled in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of the Rome Bar Association.
In March 2024, he obtained a single-cycle Master’s Degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome, graduating with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude, with a thesis entitled “Stato ed economia nel secolo XXI: nuovi percorsi" (State and Economy in the 21st Century: New Pathways), supervised by Prof. Aristide Police. During his studies, he developed a specific interest in administrative law and in the public regulation of the economy, both from a theoretical perspective and through professional experience.
His main research interests include administrative law, public procurement, and competition law.
