Francesca Maria De Matteis is a Ph.D. student in Economics at Sapienza, University of Rome. There, she graduated summa cum laude in the M.Sc. Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets, after having completed with merit the bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Cooperation (Scienze Economiche e Cooperazione Internazionale). Thanks to several study missions abroad, she can speak different foreign languages. She studies the distributive effects of green policies within the programme “Labour in the Low-Carbon Transition” at Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation (FEEM), thanks to the VisitInps programme. Her research interests are income and consumption inequality, Welfare State economics and policy, environmental economics and applied microeconomics.
