I hold a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both awarded with the highest honors.
Past research experiences I have been involved in:
- Human and artificial creativity: similarities, differences and perspectives (critical comparative analysis between human and artificial creativity).
- Dehumanization towards marginalized groups and its relationship with psychological essentialism (empirical analysis of the relationship between dehumanization processes and essentialist causal reasoning through linguistic analysis of texts extracted from social networks and journalistic outlets).
- Fairness, impartiality, and purposes of AI-driven decision support systems (research on the use of automatic decision support systems in making ethically sensitive decisions).
Other engagements:
Designed and conducted MOOCs and frontal lectures on the ethics of artificial intelligence and principles of machine learning, aimed at secondary school teachers.
Served as part of the Organizing Committee for the IAN23 Conference (First Conference on Artificial and Natural Intelligence).
