Research: Methodologies for design, creation, optimisation and management of energy communities in Italian small islands

Senior Project Manager with a fortnightly experience in submitting proposals and managing projects financed by national and European public funds, she currently is research fellow at the Institute of Atmospheric Pollution Research of the Italian Research National Council (CNR-IIA). She works as Project Manager since 2008. In this capacity she has dealt with Renewable Energies, Energy Efficiency, biodiversity conservation and governance in Marine Protected Areas, Climate policies, marine litter, sustainable forest management, ecosystem services, working with the main Italian, European and Mediterranean stakeholders. She has a proven track record in various funding tools and programs, an in-depth knowledge of Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework and the Theory of Change approach to assess the impact of the activities he designs and manages. She was coordinator of Mediterranean Policies of Legambiente in the period 2015-2020 and is co-author for CNR-IIA of the Sustainable Islands Report in 2021 and 2022.
