Thesis title: Criteri per prioritizzare i progetti nelle pubbliche amministrazioni
Public Administrations (PA), based on the multi-year funding made available for their investments, must implement their projects in order to guarantee the regular provision of services and to pursue the objectives of their institutional "mission". In light of the notoriously scarce funding available for investments, each PA must evaluate which project to decide to start and which to decide to set aside.
The objective of this study is to provide an analytical and objective criterion that allows each PA to choose which projects in its portfolio are most appropriate to invest resources in.
To carry out this study, a survey was first conducted using the Delphi methodology and, subsequently, a weighted matrix was created to assign a score to each project proposal, which allows the PA to evaluate the opportunity of a possible investment.
