Research: Monitoring the state of the health of green batteries

Eugenio Sandrucci was born in Rostov-on-Don (Russia) in 1997. In 2016 he graduated from the scientific high school "Talete" in Rome.
In December 2019 he obtained a Bachelor degree in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Rome "La Sapienza"; discussing an experimental thesis entitled "Synthesis of methacrylic monomers containing the oxime group", under the supervision of Professor Patrizia Gentili.
In October 2021 he discussed his experimental thesis in Industrial Chemistry (Organic-Biotechnological curriculum) at the same university with a grade of 110/110 cum laude. His thesis worked focuses on "Bio-degradation of LDPE with heterologous laccase from Kluyveromyces lactis" and was carried out under the supervision of Professor Michele Maria Bianchi and Professor Anna Maria Girelli.
During his university career he was awarded two fellowships, both for the course of Analytical Chemistry II with Laboratory (Industrial Chemistry). He was also, for two consecutive academic years, student representative at the CAD and CdS of Industrial Chemistry and a member of both the didactic observatory and the joint commission.
From January 2022 he has been the winner of a green doctoral scholarship (PON) at the Chemistry Department of the University of Rome "La Sapienza"; under the supervision of Professors Federico Marini and Sergio Brutti.
