Enrico Romano received his master degree cum laude in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology in April 2021 at University of Camerino with a thesis in Food Chemistry titled “Organic and conventional chicken meat: a quality and shelf-life comparative study” under the supervision of prof. Gianni Sagratini and in collaboration with Fileni Company. His research is focused on development of biopackaging and formulation of supplements for human well-being and health.
