I received a B.Sc. in Economics in March 2020 from Sapienza University of Rome, defending a thesis on "The Italian Education system: a comparison with European and International Countries". Then, I pursued a M.Sc. in Economics (Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets) at Sapienza University of Rome, defending my thesis on October 2022 on "Gender Pay Gap and Glass Ceiling: Evidences on Boards’ Members of Italian Listed Companies". My research field concerns inequalities in the Italian labor market and it is specifically focused on the category of "Working Rich". My PhD supervisor is Michele Raitano.
