PhD candidate since November 2025 in Public, Comparative and International Law at Sapienza University of Rome.
Reference curriculum: International Order and Human Rights.

In November 2024, I obtained a Master’s Degree with honours in International Relations and Supranational Institutions from Sapienza University of Rome.
Master’s thesis: “The Protection of Personal Data in Recent European Legislation on Digital Markets”.

During my Master’s programme, I attended two CIVIS Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs): “Governing in Times of Crisis” at Université libre de Bruxelles and “Migrants and Refugees” at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The first programme focused on institutional accountability and the rule of law, as well as oversight mechanisms in crisis-related decision-making processes. The second addressed the social challenges related to making socially vulnerable groups of refugees, migrants, and children visible and giving them a voice, from the perspective of urban sustainability.

I also completed an internship at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, collaborating with the Department for European Affairs, which supports the Italian Government in the implementation of EU general and sectoral policies and ensures the proper management of Italy’s supranational commitments.
More specifically, I provided logistical support to the Directorate General for the Single Market, Competitiveness and General Affairs and worked on policies concerning the free movement of goods, services, persons, and capital.
Areas of interest include: the Artificial Intelligence Act; the EU Competitiveness Report; the Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (European Commission – DG GROW); and personal data protection.

In January 2024, I published the paper “Green Deal and Climate Diplomacy” in the Working Papers of Sapienza University of Rome, focusing on the consequences of global warming and the European Union’s leadership in environmental policies.

In November 2023, I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree with honours in History, Politics and International Relations from the University of Catania.
Bachelor’s thesis: “Political Communication and Satire: the Last Week Tonight Case”.
