Carmen Armenteros (b. Valencia, 1993) is a visual artist and art researcher. She is currently working towards a Ph.D in Landscape and Environment at Sapienza University in Rome. She graduated from Facultad de Bellas Artes de San Carlos at Universitat Politècnica de Valencia in Spain. Having completed a semester of studies with Erasmus program in TEI Athena, in Greece (2016), she obtained a Promoe scholarship for the California College of Arts (2017) in San Francisco, where she wrote her thesis achieving a Cum Laude. She concluded an internship in Children’s Creativity Museum, located in SoMa, in San Francisco. She has had solo and group art shows both in California and Valencia, and is pursuing to mix her art practice an research. In 2021 she completed a Master’s Degree in Art Production, specializing in Art Practice and Contemporary discourse and Visual Culture.
