University researcher in Archivistics, Bibliography and Library science at the Department of Humanistic research and innovation of the University of Bari Aldo Moro, where she teaches Library and information science and Cataloguing and classification theories and techniques. Specialist in Archival and book heritage and PhD in Book and document sciences (Sapienza University of Rome), she has held the position of coordinating librarian at the University of Basilicata as well as an adjunct professor of Bibliography and Library science at the Department of Human sciences of the same University. She is the author of numerous publications in the fields of book and document sciences, cataloguing theory and library history, including Principi di catalogazione e rappresentazione delle entità bibliografiche, e Teresa Motta. Una bibliotecaria e “un anno di vicende memorabili”. Con lettere inedite di Francesco Barberi e Manlio Rossi-Doria (1943-1949). She achieved the national scientific qualification for the role of associate professor in the scientific sector 11/A4 and is a member of the College of the Doctorate in Documentary, Linguistic and Literary sciences at the Sapienza University of Rome. She collaborates regularly with the journals «AIB studi» and «DigItalia» and is a member of the Italian Society of bibliography and library science.
