I am a PhD candidate in the 38th cycle of the "European PhD in Socio-Economic and Statistical Studies" (S.E.S.S.).
My research interests focus on the econometric analysis of social and economic phenomena, which can be accurately described through mathematical and statistical tools, allowing for effective policy interventions. One of my main interests is econometrics, particularly in the "calibration" and estimation of linear and nonlinear models.
Currently, my research is centered on the calibration of models related to proximity aversion (NIMBY) towards environmental protection facilities, Willingness To Pay (WTP) for the preservation of Italy’s coastal heritage, and vaccine hesitancy during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I am proficient in the following statistical analysis software: Stata, RStudio, and Jamovi.
