Research: The multilevel protection of health in the context of public health crisis: between individual and collective dimensions

Since November 1st 2021 is a PhD student in Public, comparative and international law, curriculum international law and protection of human rights at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (XXXVII cycle).
In the A.Y. 2016/2017 he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Messina and he graduated, in July 2021 with a grade of 110/110 and academic honors.
The topic of his thesis, entitled “Covid-19 pandemic, aspects of international and domestic law: among sovreignties and restricted cooperation” was further deepened by the PhD student under his doctoral research project, titled “The role of anticovid-19 vaccines in the world: between global distribution and mandatory vaccination”.
He is an avid scholar of international human rights law, the right to health including healthcare, international and supranational organizations, GATT and TRIPs agreements, as well as development in the African countries.
As a grad student and then, until 3rd August 2021, he carried out an early six-months of legal practice at a law firm in Messina qualified in admistrative law, in particular in construction and in the field of public contracts.
