As part of the research doctorate in "Innovative technologies in diseases of the skeleton, skin and gold-craniofacial district", numerous seminars were held for the doctoral students of the various cycles and related to the 4 different curricula. The content of the seminars was as "transversal" as possible and of common interest, intended to stimulate the interdisciplinary themes and the need for further study by all the PhD students, while maintaining the specificity, originality and innovation characterizing the activity research of the single speaker and his group.
The doctoral students, some of whom have also gained international experience, have also carried out a continuous and fruitful research activity, under the guidance of their Tutors, which led to the publication of original and diversified data on qualified national and international journals, as well as to their presentation in numerous congresses and symposia, also of national and international importance. The doctoral students who completed their cycle have finally produced and discussed interesting experimental theses. The research doctorate has enabled the knowledge and application of innovative transversal technologies which, through a translational approach, bring together the various specialties involved in the study of skeletal and skin pathologies belonging to basic medicine, applied medical / surgical sciences and to biomedical research. The ultimate aim of the doctorate was to achieve: the ability to plan, conduct, analyze and conclude scientific research projects independently, so as to become a valid promoter of culture; a qualified professional experience, to be able to spend at the service of the community also through participation in the welfare activity, legitimately authorized.
