Research: Artificial intelligence and intellectual property in international law
PhD student in Comparative and International Public Law, curriculum International Order and Human Rights (SSD: IUS 13), at "Sapienza University of Rome", Department of Political Sciences (XXXIX cycle, free scholarship).
The research topic concerns the international law profiles of artificial intelligence, in particular the recognition of the intellectual property of artificial intelligence products.
In 2022 he obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Foggia, discussing a thesis in private international law entitled: "Surrogacy and private international law".
From 6 May 2022 to 8 November 2023 he practiced law and at the same time followed the compulsory training course for trainee lawyers, organized by the Capitanata Legal School. She is currently registered in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of the Foggia Bar Association, waiting to obtain the qualification to practice the legal profession.
Since 11 April 2022 she has been an expert in international law at the University of Foggia, Departments of Law and Humanistic Studies.
From 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2023 she was a research fellow in private international law (IUS 13) at the University of Foggia, Department of Law.
Since 8 June 2023 he has been a member of the Italian Society of International Law (SIDI – ISIL).
He participated, as a member of the scientific secretariat, in the conference "The representation of legal traditions in pop culture" held on 23-24 June 2022, at the University of Foggia, Department of Law.
She also participated as a speaker in the conference held on November 23, 2023, at the University of Salerno, Department of Legal Sciences, entitled: "Migrant women and gender bias in the international, European and national legal context".
In November 2023 he carried out a peer review for the journal "Comparative and European Public Law" of a contribution intended to be published in a monographic section of the journal.
