Employee of the University of Pisa (since 2017), working at the Interdisciplinary Center for Peace Studies, where I plan and coordinate training activities and am the scientific director of the School for Trainers.
I have been a freelance trainer since 1993 for public, private, and third sector organizations at the national level on topics such as conflict management, mediation and negotiation, peace and nonviolence education, communication, learning, group dynamics, facilitation, and participatory processes.
Educational consultant in conflict management; professional coach; mediator in civil, commercial, social, criminal, and educational contexts; mindfulness instructor.
Adjunct professor (since the 2009-2010 academic year) in the Peace Studies degree program at the University of Pisa, teaching courses on “Intercultural Conflict Management Tools”, “Social Conflict, Peace, and War in Peace Studies”, “Non-judicial management of social conflicts” “Peace education and communication” and “Methods and techniques of peace education”.
Lecturer in advanced courses and university master's programs (since the 2004-2005 academic year).
Research fellow at the University of Pisa (2013-2014) and at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies (2012-2013 and 2011-2012).
