Adua Corlianò was born in Cassino (FR) on 14/01/02. In 2020, she obtained her high school diploma from the G. Pellecchia Scientific High School with a grade of 100/100. In 2023, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Salerno, graduating with a score of 110/110 cum laude with distinction, after completing an experimental thesis on the characterization of polymer films exhibiting nanoporous crystalline phases. She continued her studies at the same university, obtaining in 2025 her Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Sustainable Chemistry curriculum) with a grade of 110/110 cum laude with distinction, discussing an experimental thesis on the synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of the biological and catalytic activity of Ag(I) and Au(I) complexes bearing NHC ligands. During her academic path, she took part in the conference “The Contribution of Young Chemists in Campania,” organized by the Italian Chemical Society – Campania Section. Since November 2025, she has held a PhD scholarship in Chemical Sciences at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza,’ under the supervision of Prof. Iolanda Francolini.
