Max Rapp-Ricciardi
Is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology at the University of Gothenburg Sweden.
He is also a frequent guest lecturer and researcher at KTH – the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg Sweden, Oslo School of Entrepreneurship, Norway, Universitá di Cagliari, Italy and La Sapienza Università di Roma, Italy.
Max conducts interdisciplinary action research primarily within the field of Work and Organizational Psychology and in very close collaboration with various industries and organizations within the public sector which focuses on various interventions in order to improve the workplaces and the leaders as well as the employees working conditions. His interests lies in

For the moment Max leads an interdisciplinary project which focuses on organizational change at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg in order to increase the professionalization of medical leadership and health care staff using organizational capability driven change methods in improve the work environment
