Sapienza training offer on soft skills for Early Stage Researchers

Sapienza organizes a cross-disciplinary training program on soft skills aimed at enhancing the training path of Early-Stage Researchers (PhD students, research fellows, research grant recipients, RTDa, RTDb), increasingly oriented towards a job market beyond the academic sector.

The 2023 edition covers topics ranging from the modes of participation in European funding programs in the R&I field to systems for valorising and managing research results, from the protection of Intellectual Property to the ethical implications of research, from scientific communication to the Third Mission, from entrepreneurship to scientific calculation tools and Big Data.  Part of the offer will be carried out in English (SEE PROGRAM) and will also be open to Early-Stage Researchers from other RIS4CIVIS institutions in order to enhance Sapienza's participation in the Alliance.

The offer will also be addressed to all participants of the ROME TECHNOPOLE project, the regional innovation ecosystem, a multi-technological hub for education, research and technological transfer in the sectors of energy transition and sustainability, digital  transformation and in the bio-pharmaceutical and health sectors. The offer is also developed as part of the actions envisaged by the University's HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) The program will serve as a tool to concretely implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for their hiring, in line with the most recent policies of the European Union. The cross-disciplinary training will take place over 6 weeks starting from 7 November 2023.

To participate in each Module, registration is mandatory. Effective participation in each Module for at least 75% of the module's duration is required to obtain a participation certificate.
