Available funds

The PhD students benefited from funds, additional to those of Sapienza, from funded projects obtained from their respective tutors. Specifically, we highlight the funds obtained from the following calls:

-for genetics:

International Research-Sapienza University of Rome, University project 2022-Sapienza University of Rome, “SPONGE” project funded by Instruct-ERIC, “MITOLOGY: multi-scale simulation of the Mitochondrial Respiratory Chain subunits” project (EuroHPC Regular Access Call - EHPC- REG-2023R01-129 - PRACE EU Call) financed by The European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU), project financed by the Ministry of Health, 5 per thousand funds (2022-2024);

-for biology:

project financed by Istituto Pasteur Italia - Fondazione Cenci Bolognetti 2021, PRIN project 2017; AIRC project 2021; IARC-ISS 2022 project; University Project 2021-Sapienza University of Rome. Furthermore, some PhD students were winners of projects with which they contributed to financing part of the experimental activity, specifically, "Call for funding for periods of mobility abroad of PhD student, Ateneo 2022 project (Initiation of research), Ateneo 2022 project (Start for research); University project 20223 (Start for research).
