This PhD Programme pursues the prestigious tradition of public law studies within our University since its establishment. Moreover, the programme trains researchers in investigating concerns within public laws from different perspectives. These include the study of the Italian legal system and comparative and international law, with specific reference to human rights. To achieve this, it focuses on the analysis of contemporary state law, including the Italian and comparative constitutional law, European public law, environmental law and the laws of economy and human rights. The PhD programme is organised around four topics: a) Administrative Law of Environment and Public Health; b) Comparative and Italian Constitutional Law; c) Public Economic Law; and d) International Order and Human Rights.
