project evaluation	The project outline must not be longer than 20,000 characters (including blanks). Exceeding this limit, even a minimum one, will result in exclusion from the assessment. The project presented for the competitive exam does not have to be the one carried out by the candidates if they are admitted to the PhD.

Oral interview	The oral test consists in the presentation of the candidates' research projects; candidates' proficiency in the foreign language stated in the application will be also tested.
