Ursula Grunwald Romera, MSc in Geological Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, is currently a PhD candidate at La Sapienza Università di Roma. She is a specialist in optical microscopy (with special focus on the characterisation of metal ores) focused on mining, raw materials and environment. Co-founder, CEO and DSCO since 2019 of Multispectral Microscopic Technologies, S.L., a start-up established for the commercialisation of the AMCO System, an innovative multispectral reflected light optical microscopy solution for the automated characterisation of metal ores.
