Research: Botnet for cyberattack: theory and practice of the becoming major tool for cybercrime
I attended law school at the Pontifical Lateran University, where I graduated in the October 2018, with thesis entitled “Doble Jeopardy clause in criminal law. Research between domestic law and international legal sources”, reaching the highest evaluation (110/110 cum laude). Since September 2018, I started to collaborate with CFC law firm. At the end of first semester of legal practice, I was involved in a internship at the Prosecutor Office of Rome that lasted 18 months. During that period, I was assigned to the group engaged of cybercrimes and terrorism, so I had the chance to be involved in important investigations and trials.
Since October 2020, I started a collaboration with the University of Sapienza of Rome, where I gained a position for the Phd. in Public Law, criminal profile. My project of research, focused on cybercrimes, is entitled: "Botnet for cyberattack: theory and practice of the becoming major tool for cybercrime".
