The main researches involve occupational psychology, social representation and social psychology.
Presided over and completed projects such as Anxiety, professional identity and sense of gain of young university teachers in the transitional period of China from the Ministry of Education of China, and Work Values of College Students in Tianjin from Tianjin University of Technology and Education, and participated in several projects including The Current Situation and the System Construction of the Technical Psychology in China, Research on the Classification System and Standards of Intelligent Manufacturing Digital Talents of the United States, etc.
Published two books Investment Psychology of the Stock Market: A Comparative Study between Europe and China (2019) and Research on Vocational Education in Switzerland (2024), and published more than 20 academic papers.
Participated in editing, translating and revision of chapters of 6 books, such as Social Psychology, Human Behavior and Social Environment, and Psychology of Vocational Education.
