Research: Administrative law facing the challenges of ecological transition: the dynamics of environmental impact assessment

PhD candidate (with scholarship) Public Law - Administrative Law curriculum (XXXVI cycle). Over the years, she has worked mainly in the following areas: energy, environment, hydroelectric concessions, public contracts, urban planning and construction and public-private partnerships. She is responsible for the Research Project 'Local Public Services: New Perspectives in the Light of PNRR', financed with university funds. In 2019, she obtained with honors the master's degree in Law, discussing a thesis on "Instruments and policies of urban security: the city "nuovelle frontière" of administrative law" (supervisors prof. D'Alberti and prof. Moliterni). During her studies she spent a semester abroad in Lima, Peru, focusing on issues related to Environmental Law. At the same time, since the beginning of her studies she has been a student of the Social Sciences class at Scuola Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SSAS) and in April 2020 she obtained with honors the final degree discussing a thesis on "Public Powers and Renewable Energy Development" (supervisor prof. Giglioni). In January 2020 she won the scholarship for the LLM in Environmental Law (a.y. 2019-2020), discussing in May 2021 the research project on "Renewable energy communities" (supervisor prof. Giglioni) and obtaining the title with honors. Moreover, she is currently attending the Master of Studies in Law at the European Law and Governance School (ELGS - EPLO). Before graduating, she practiced in an Italian boutique firm, dealing with administrative law and immigration law. After graduating, she worked with a leading Italian law firm, specializing in Environmental and Energy law. Since March 2020 she has been working with an international law firm, dealing with judicial and extrajudicial activities in the field of administrative law with focus on Global Regulatory, Environment and Natural Resources. In September 2022, she passed the Italian bar exam. She works with the chairs of Administrative Law I (prof. D'Alberti/Moliterni), Administrative Law II (prof. Pajno) and Cultural Heritage and Environmental Law (prof. Moliterni). She is part of the editorial staff of 'Rivista Quadrimestrale di Diritto dell'Ambiente' and of Labus - Laboratorio per la Sussidiarietà, where she writes regulatory and case-law updates in the "Law" section.
