Research:

Shayesteh Naghinajad, is a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Civil and industial Engineering of the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. She is currently involved in the study of 3D ultrasonic tomography for non-destructive structural inspection and image reconstructio. Research interests: ultrasonic tomography, 3D image reconstruction, Radon transform, wave propagation in waveguides, non-destructive structural inspection Graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2017 and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 Ranked top student among M.Sc. students, based on overall GPA. In 2020, she won an international scholarship of university of Sapienza of Roma to enter the doctoral program.
