Research: Electrochemical processes for the recovery of lithium from primary and secondary material sources
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Sapienza University of Rome
2018 – 2022
Title of the dissertation: “The Solvated Electron: Structure, Theoretical Models and Properties”
Supervisor: Prof. Enrico Bodo
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Sapienza University of Rome
2022 – January 2025
Title of the experimental thesis: “Graphene Oxide and Its Derivatives: From Redox Properties to Chemical Composition”
Supervisor: Prof. Andrea Giacomo Marrani
The master’s internship focused on the synthesis, characterization, and functionalization of graphene oxide. Particular attention was devoted to the electrochemistry of these nanomaterials, using cyclic voltammetry as an analytical technique to investigate their redox behavior.
