Research:

Salar Salehi is a transportation engineer and software developer, with expertise spanning from sustainable mobility to last-mile logistics. Holding a Master of Engineering in Transportation Systems from Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD in Transportation and Logistics, he has dedicated his academic and professional career to optimizing urban logistics systems and developing innovative solutions for route calibration, delivery distribution, and crowdshipping.

His PhD research focuses on sustainable last-mile logistics, particularly on enhancing routing algorithms and crowdshipping as a viable solution for urban delivery challenges. In addition to his academic background, Salar has gained experience as a logistics consultant, where he applied advanced Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) algorithms, developed custom geocoding platforms, and executed fleet management strategies, leading to substantial cost savings.

Salar bridges this knowledge with his technical expertise in software development. He has created web-based solutions that integrate transportation models with tech-driven functionalities.
