She is Full Professor in Business Administration at Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). She had her Ph.D. in Business Administration. She served as Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member and Reviewer of academic journals and book series. She is Managing Co-Editor of Journal of Management and Governance. She was Coordinator of the PhD Program in Business Administration at Sapienza University of Rome. Her research interests and scientific publications cover topics in the business administration among which: accounting, reporting & disclosure, intellectual capital, corruption prevention models, corporate governance, corporate disclosure, performance measurement, management accounting, corporate valuation and business networks, digitalizazion and smart technologies in the corporate context. She is a Member of the Società Italiana di Storia della Ragioneria (SISR), the Società Italiana di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale (SIDREA), the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (AIDEA). She is Board Member of SIDREA Società Italiana di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale in Italy. She was the Coordinator of the SIDREA Research Group on Smart Technologies, Digitalization and Intellectual Capital . She was principal coordinator/member of research granted projects. She was Junior Fellows of the School for Advanced Study (SSAS) of Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). She was Speaker/Invited Speaker of numerous national/international conferences. She is also winner of some awards.
