Primiano Di Nauta is full professor of Business Organization at the Department of Economics of the University of Foggia, where he chairs “Business Organization” and “Organization and Management of Human Resources” teaching courses. Graduated in engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari, he obtained a Master of Business Administration from a prestigious Business School. He is a member of the scientific committee of the Systems Management Series (Routledge-Giappichelli), MOA Studies Series (Editrice Minerva Bancaria), ManOTec Series (Edizioni Nuova Cultura). He is a member of the teaching body of the PhD in "Management, Banking and Commodity Sciences" at Sapienza University of Rome, vice president of ASVSA - Association for Research on Sistemi Vitali, member of the board of directors of IASS - Italian Association of Sustainability Science. His research interests are oriented towards decision making in complex contexts, organizational and managerial theories, management of innovation and technology transfer, adoption and impact of ICT in organisations, project management and project based organisations. He is committed to contributing, through research and participation in the international debate, to reducing the distance between organizational and managerial theories and their application in real organizational contexts. Author of numerous scientific publications, including articles in journals, volumes, volume chapters and conference proceedings, he is also involved in management consultancy for public and private organizations, and in refereeing for various international journals indexed Web of Science and Scopus.
