Paolo Giudici is professor of business law at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Bozen-Bolzano. He is an ECGI Research Associate and professorial fellow at Tilburg University. His research started with antitrust, and then he moved to capital markets law and company law, with a key interest in civil liability and private enforcement.
