Palmina Tanzarella is currently Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at University of Milano Bicocca (School of Law).
She teaches Italian and European constitutional law and State Building.
She is the Italian Focal Point of the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights.
She published studies on the European and Interamerican protection of Human Rights, more specifically on remedies of ECtHR and ICthHR which impacts the Constitutional Law of the Member States. At present, her research includes the State Building processes, the protection of fundamental rights in internet and the Hate Speech as limitation of freedom of expression in the European Framework.
