Biography

Pietro Taragoni is a PhD candidate in Management, Banking & Commodity Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Economics, Department of Management.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Sciences with a grade of 110 cum laude and thesis in Corporate Finance (supervisor Prof. Antonio Renzi) and a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a grade of 110 cum laude and thesis in Entrepreneurship & New Ventures Finance (supervisor Prof. Antonio Renzi), both from Sapienza University of Rome. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University (Chicago, U.S.) with a grade of 4.0/4.0.

His main research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate strategy, innovation and real options.
