He has participated in numerous conferences in Italy and abroad (among others, ASLI, SILFI, SILF, AIS, DILLE), published 2 monographs, 1 curatorship, 32 articles (4 in press).
Studies on the nineteenth-century Neapolitan dialect of Antonio Petito's comedies and on his autobiography in Italian (1999-2001; 2002; 2004; 2006; 2007) and those on the private correspondence of Raffaele Viviani (2008; 2010) were the starting point for two monographs: Antonio Petito: the new autographs (Alghero, Edizioni del Sole, 2010); Mari '... Rafe' ... Raffaele Viviani: letters to his wife Maria (1929 and 1940-43). Introduction, edition and linguistic comment (Alghero, Edizioni del Sole, 2010).
In other contributions she has dealt with Neapolitan language and dialect in Neapolitan authors (E. Scarpetta, E. De Filippo, Totò); of non-institutional writings and correspondence (“semicolti” writings, epistolary language); of onomastics; more recently: of the lexicon on femicide; of the class Newspapers (unpublished) of the early twentieth century elementary teachers; of the popular writings of the Great War; of the language of the novels by Carlo Bernari and Luce d'Eramo (funds from the Twentieth Century Archive of the "Sapienza").
For the teaching of Italian, the activity of referent for the TFA (2012 and 2014) was edited in a volume, together with S. Tatti, Lettere in classe. Educational itineraries of the TFA of the literary area of Sapienza (Sapienza Università Editrice, 2014).
In the context of a series of projects based on collaboration between the school and the university, the following is a thesis on students' talks, also with a view to collaborating with teachers on the acquisition of oral skills in the Italian language (Liceo V. Gassman di Rome). Communications at conferences on the subjects of Italian didactics were presented: at the III DILLE Congress (Cosenza 2015); (with R. Fresu) at the XIV SILFI Congress (Madrid 2016); at the Conference organized by ADI Scuola (Rome "Sapienza" 2018); at the II convention Quo vadis (Palermo 2018); in addition, he coordinated the Round Table "The Italian school textbooks: survey in the high schools of Lazio" (ASLI Scuola, Roma Tre 2018).
