Marie-Axelle Granié, PhD, is a research director in social developmental psychology at the Mobilité Durable Individu Société (MODIS) Laboratory of the AME Department at Gustave Eiffel University. She has been working for more than 20 years on how the relationship to risk and traffic rules is constructed throughout the individual's life, in particular to understand gender differences in mobility, risky behaviors and traffic violations.

She has participated in 30 funded research projects and has directed 9 PhD in Psychology. She is currently the Vice president of the Committee of Experts of the National Road Safety Council, a member or the Academic Council of the University. and a member of the boald of the Commission for the Evaluation of Researchers in Sustainable Development, [France]
