Research:


Mirela Marta Banach in 2016 graduated in International Relations, obtaining a master’s degree with honors from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Sociology and Communication of Sapienza University of Rome. She was Subject Expert and Teaching Assistant (Academic Year 2017-2018) at the chair "The Balkans in the European history of the twentieth century”, as part of the Master's Degree Course in International Relations at LUMSA University in Rome. She is Subject Expert and Teaching Assistant in "History of the International Relations" at the Faculty of Political Sciences of The University of Teramo. She is a member of the "Interdisciplinary Research Center on Gender Cultures: Culture, Language, Economics, Law and Politics (CIRCgE)" at the University of International Studies in Rome. She studies Polish historical events in the Italian and European context, as well as the reception of Italian issues by Polish historiography. She is the author of essays and articles ranging from constitutional history and the history of historiography to more recent investigations: the study of the phenomenon Solidarność, with a focus on the information network created by the underground trade union in Western Europe in the aftermath of its delegation.
