MAIN RESEARCH TOPIC:
⁃ Product and Quality Assurance best practices for New Space satellite platforms (Nano-, Pico- and Small satellites)
⁃ Implementation of innovative techniques within satellite AIV development stages
⁃ Design, Development and implementation of nano-satellite missions

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Graduated in Space and Astronautical Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome in October 2023.

PhD student in Aeronautical and Space Engineering from November 2023

AFFILIATION IN INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Italian Student Representative for UNISEC-Global, the Universities of Space Engineering Consortium, a NGO based in Tokyo and aimed at allowing students from all countries to participate in hands-on space engineering activities, who is also permanent observer of UN-COPUOS.

MAIN PROJECTS:
⁃ CORAL (2021 - current): 2U CubeSat for Internet-of-Things distributed telemetry experimentation. Developed at Sapienza University of Rome (S5Lab research group), in collaboration with Thales Alenia Space Italia and TeleSpazio, under an ITT initiative by ESA. Launch: foreseen in Q3 2024.
Role: AIV engineer
⁃ MOTHS (2023): Feasibility study for a 6U CubeSat constellation in Lunar orbit for Transient Lunar Events investigation through hyperspectral payloads.
Role: Team leader of the student team from Sapienza University of Rome participating in the 8th Mission Idea Contest, organized by UNISEC-Global and held in Tokyo in November 2023
⁃ GreenCube (2021 - 2022): 3U CubeSat for nano-satellite-size autonomous cultivation laboratory technology demonstration. Launched on 13 July 2022 on-board the maiden Vega-C flight. Realized by Sapienza University of Rome (S5Lab research group), in collaboration with ENEA and University of Naples “Federico II”.
Role: mechanical and AIV engineer.
⁃ LEDSAT 2 (2022): 2U student CubeSat for follow-up demonstrations of LED payloads and autonomous units in-orbit. Proposal submitted to the ESA Education Office and pre-selected for a training week at ESA/ESTEC.
Role: System engineer
⁃ LOOPS-M (2020-2021): an IGLUNA project demonstrating new technologies for bioregenerative and shielding systems on future Lunar bases. Project realized by Sapienza University of Rome (S5Lab research group) and ENEA and selected for the 2nd edition of the IGLUNA initiative coordinated by EPFL and ESAlab@Ch.
