supervisor: Anna Maria Tarola

In 2022, Matteo Di Renzo graduated in Chemistry at La Sapienza University of Rome, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude with a thesis on enzymatic characterisation: structural and functional analysis of cytochrome P450 OleP F84Q in complex with the substrate lithocholic acid. Since November 2022, he has been the winner of the XXXVIII PhD competition in MANAGEMENT, BANKING AND COMMODITY SCIENCES under the supervision of Professor Anna Maria Tarola. He is currently working on the immobilisation of enzymes on supports derived from agro-food waste and the chemical characterisation of food products.
